Travel Fee: Additional fee may apply for drive-time for rush-hour/mileage. Our boundaries that fall within standard pricing are:
North - Santa Clarita
South - Marina Del Rey
East - Pasadena
West - Encino
Outside of these boundaries will result in an additional travel fee to cover gas/drive-time.

Refund Policy: Payment is refundable up until 24hrs before your event. Rescheduling/Cancellations due to weather are refundable.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 24hrs before your event. If you need to reschedule less than 24hrs before your event, additional fee will be required. No additional fee for weather-related rescheduling.
Cancellations: Cancellations more than 24hrs in advance result in a $50/staff member cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24hrs before your event will result in a 50% refund only.
