• Travel Fee: Additional fee may apply for drive-time for rush-hour/mileage. 
  Our boundaries that fall within standard pricing are: 
  • North - Santa Clarita
  • South - Marina Del Rey
  • East - Pasadena
  • West - Encino
  • Outside of these boundaries will result in an additional travel fee to cover gas/drive-time.

• Refund Policy: Payment is refundable up until 24hrs before your event. Rescheduling/Cancellations due to weather are refundable.
• Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 24hrs before your event.  If you need to reschedule less than 24hrs before your event, additional fee will be required. No additional fee for weather-related rescheduling.
• Cancellations: Cancellations more than 24hrs in advance result in a $50/staff member cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24hrs before your event will result in a 50% refund only. 
• TIPS go directly to our wranglers in full and are very much appreciated. Believe it or not, wrangling goats is hard work!
